About Michael Minafo
I have been in the real estate field since 1987. I am currently licensed as a California real estate broker since 1990. I have been a notary and closing real estate loans since 1998. I have closed several thousand loans over the years of my career as a loan signing agent/notary. I bring many years of knowledge and experience to the closing and can explain the documents so as to make the borrower feel at ease with the loan signing.
